A Cruise down the Nile River has been at the top of my bucket list. I received an offer to go to Egypt Feb. 27, 2016 for 8 days and 4 of those days will be cruising down the Nile River. For those of you who know me – I jumped at it. I would like a roommate but, I’m going with you or without you. There will be a total of about 20 people in the tour group. The cost is only $799 which covers all the accommodations, most meals, excursions and transportation in Egypt while on this tour. It DOES NOT include airfare to and from Egypt nor visa. This is a FAM trip – short for familiarization trip for travel agents. We are allowed to bring a guest or two at the travel agent price.
So far I’m stuck in New York city. I have decided to leave home a week early. I cannot deal with 25 – 37 hours just flying to Egypt. I think I have decided to fly to New York, stay a couple of days. That will allow my legs to straighten out and the swelling to go down. Then, perhaps to London for a couple of days, then maybe Rome and finally Egypt. I’m truly anxious about New York, tho. In February I maybe stuck in NYC for days. I have work to do on this one. I’m still excited about the possibilities. Again, call me at 510-393-3802 if you are interested in going as my guest.
