ALL GOOD THINGS COME TO AN END!

DAMN!! Jet Blue will start charging for checked bags, I believe by November. They have not said how much but, they are coming up with a new 3 tiered option for a reservation. So, you can get a “cheap seat” with no checked bag fees or a higher priced ticket with one bag or even a higher price with more than one bag. Now get a load of this………………….they will also be putting in 15 MORE seats on the planes. That’s right, they are into S n’ M – they get a thrill out of making the customers suffer. The new seats are called “Slim Seats.” The seats will have less room between the seat in front of you by nearly 1 inch AND the Slim Seat will have you nearly standing/kneeling, duh, sort of like one of those massage chair things. Sounds uncomfortable as heck to me. What a shame. Back in the day “customer satisfaction” meant something. A company was proud to have satisfied customers. Not anymore – we are getting screwed with no grease and paying big bucks for it, too. These companies have no more “good will.” They can throw that phrase one out of the law books. The bottom line is “F the customer. He needs what we got so F’em, give us yo money, shut the hell up and get the F outta here.” We are being bullied by big business.
